Meet September the Wolf/Bat Hybrid by Specter Suits
WHAT MONTH IS IT?!
My first fursuit impulse buy! Kuhori saw the suit on Fur Affinity and when it went up for sale I knew I needed it! It has just the right amount of attitude, I thought I could perform in it well. We ended up winning the auction and this guy was mine! He doesn't go out super often, as he is hard to wear. But he is a character I love!
September is a rude, crude, attitude filled wolf/bat hybrid. He is the definition of mischievous. He is a fan of scary movies and stories, and loves to scare people around him. He is also always up to play a joke on someone. So watch out! It is easy to fall into his crystal blue eyes, but don't let him fool you. And don't let him find you outside after dark....
This fursuit doesn't come out very often, due to him being difficult to wear. But I love the suit and character a lot and bring him out whenever I can! You can see him partnered up with Tang, or sometimes Pike (Watch out for those 2...)

Details
Features:
Resin head
Realistic eyes
Casted jawset
Moving jaw
Silicone paw pads
About the Suit:
Mask: The mask looks amazing, very striking and great detail. However it is quite hard for me to wear. The mask is built for someone with a smaller head than mine. So I can only wear him in bursts. He does look amazing tho, his moving jaw works very well. The jawset in the mouth is very cool looking. And the eyes are very striking. I love that the nose is very shiny and smooth as well. Vision is pretty bad, small windows and mesh is hard to look through. I can be limited based on the lighting around me. Ventilation is great because of the easy to move jaw. Sometimes however because of how tight the head is, I can overheat. Despite the issues, it is a fun suit to wear and I enjoy performing in it!
Handpaws: A bit on the loose side, even for me. The fingers are a bit floppy. I do have good dexterity however. The claws were added by me, the hand paws seemed too plain without them. But they add to the floppyness. They are however easy to slip on and off. As are the arm sleeves, which fit me nicely!
Tail: A fun little tail. It is on the smaller side, but has a great wag to it when I walk around and dance. Easy to put on via belt loops with a standard belt. Built nicely!
Overall Thoughts: This suit has given me troubles over the years, but I enjoy him a lot which is why he is still around. The character I have made for him is very fun and I couldn't find it in my heart to ever rehome him. I hope to maybe have him refurbished someday, but until then he will be out for limited runs! He will always be here and be much loved by Kuhori and I.
